We develop and market the Oyatel CallManager, one of Europe's most advanced and complete web-based phone systems for small and medium sized companies. Oyatel CallManager includes welcome menus, support queues, sales queues, communication between branch offices, and gives access to advanced statistics and advanced management of the company's phone numbers and users. All of these functions are controlled through a very user-friendly interface.
Cutting edge technology/ Our ecosystem
We pay close attention to any technology related to HTML and VoIP and our platform is orchestrated with many opensource projects together with our own superglue. We believe in sharing back to the community, so our public GitHub page hosts some opensource projects that was started here at Oyatel. With our Streaming and REST API, the Oyatel CallManager has been implemented in many popular CRM systems and other Saas tools around Norway and Sweden. Our ecosystem is made complete by an iPhone application which includes 3G support and provides the powerful Oyatel CallManager on the go for our customers.
